Start-A-Heart 24:7 is delighted to announce the installation of our latest defibrillator at Mr P’s Café on Meadowbank Road.
Mr P’s Café is the latest venture for Carrie and Kevin, two people who have given an incredible amount of time, energy and support to Start-A-Heart 24:7 over the years.
To recognise everything they have done to help raise money for the charity, we felt it was only fitting that this latest defibrillator installation should be dedicated to Carrie and Kevin.
Their continued fundraising and support have helped Start-A-Heart 24:7 place life-saving equipment within local communities, and this installation is a small way for us to say a very big thank you.
A special plaque has been installed alongside the defibrillator recognising their outstanding contribution to the charity and ensuring their support is remembered for years to come.
Every new defibrillator we install helps make life-saving equipment more readily available should somebody suffer a cardiac arrest. Projects like this are only possible because of the dedication and generosity of the people and businesses who continue to support our work.
We wish Carrie and Kevin every success with Mr P’s Café, and we cannot thank them enough for everything they have done — and continue to do — for Start-A-Heart 24:7.
