After a 3 year absence Start-a-Heart’s Family Fun Day returned to the Woodman at Woodlaithes. Despite the strong winds the event attracted even bigger crowds than previous years. There was plenty to keep everyone happy with music from The Leathernecks and Tribute Bands.
With games such as hook- a -duck, coconut shy and tin can alley together with bouncy castles the children were kept entertained. Rotherham Hog Roast Co made sure everyone was well fed throughout the day.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all the individuals and businesses who donated prizes for the Raffles and Treasure Island. The day raised substantial funds to help us support even more Rotherham communities to install life saving external defibrillators.
